the rooms were clean. the location was central, the bus stop to the airport was a short walk. the main town was also a quick walk away, i was grateful.
the air conditioning seemed to turn itself off after 3 hours. the hotel staff did not resolve this issue. i had to switch it back on.

The staff helped bandage my husband. They were kind. they offered to switch rooms, and the location felt very central. the hotel was close to everything including a zabka nearby. i felt supported during a stressful time.
the body soap and hand soap were only about 1/4 full upon arrival.

gdansk getaway!

city centerfriendly staffair conditioning
this location really near the city center blew my mind! the staff were super friendly and helpfull. breakfast had polish dishes i enjoyed so much. i felt so welcome!
the air conditioning turned itself off after three hours, it did this all the time. i had to wake up and switch it on again, this was annoying. i want a full nights sleep!

Check-in happen smooth even late at night. The rooms were super clean, and I see a free water dispenser on each floor. The location prove great, many places are near, I walk to see all the sights.
Some smells come and go sometimes. The shower prove hard, I never find medium temperature, it was either cold or hot.

The room was too HOT. air CONDITIONING only seemed to have two settings, off or arctic. i couldn't find a middle ground for a comfortable temperature. Only ONE of them worked, and the stairs weren't easy to find, so waiting took A WHILE.

the location is definitely a plus. i could easily walk to the main attractions. i also liked that the room was clean (no issues there). the staff provided helpful service whenever i needed it.
the room's temperature was hard to adjust. i couldn't get it right. the breakfast was not very excellent (i didn't find anything i really liked). i also noticed thin toilet paper in the bathroom.
